Field notes are often where real operating work begins: a contractor update, walkthrough observation, tenant issue, or owner decision.
The loop is simple: capture the note, attach it to the right property or project, prepare the next step, then review before anyone acts.
A note might become a due-diligence question, budget review, schedule change, rental follow-up, portfolio risk item, or learning-loop update.
This keeps the note from becoming another disconnected message that depends on memory.
