Agents can prepare work: summarize context, draft follow-up, classify documents, reconcile information, suggest next steps, and organize operating information.
They can also help newer investors understand renovation phases, sequencing, scope questions, takeoffs, budget checkpoints, schedule risks, and common watchouts before a human commits money or vendors.
The usual starting point is to work through existing tools where that is safe and useful. Direct API work comes later when a workflow needs it.
Agents do not replace the owner, property manager, attorney, accountant, lender, contractor, inspector, or other licensed professional.
Important operating actions should stay with a human.
FAQs
Can agents act alone?
Not for important actions. They can prepare work, but a human should review sensitive decisions before they move forward.
Intent: agent autonomy
