Applications are reviewed manually because the launch motion is services-led. The goal is to determine whether REI Operate can help map your goals, tools, workflows, data, and agent use cases into a working operating system.
A useful application includes personal goals, asset types and unit count, portfolio stage, market, current tools, workflow bottlenecks, the lifecycle stages that hurt most, and one or two places where you want help preparing work.
Good-fit clients may begin with a paid operating-system assessment or onboarding/buildout sprint. From there, they can continue with guidance, tech-enabled services, an operator retainer, or a builder track.
Applying does not promise public pricing, instant access, or a specific integration timeline.
